SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150!

Orders under $150 will be charged $7.00 for standard shipping.
We ship Tuesday-Friday as we are closed on Mondays.

We ship via USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.  Should you need expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE checking out to make this arrangement.  We can be reached at info@pinkpineapplenc.com or by phone/text at (919) 624-0324

In-store pick-up is available. Choose the in-store pick-up option at checkout, and you'll receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up.  

Store Delivery is Available for the Wilson Area. Choose this option at checkout, and we will email you to schedule delivery. 

RETURNS

While our ultimate goal is for you to love your purchase, we understand that returns and exchanges are sometimes necessary. Therefore, we will offer free returns/exchanges for store credit only. NO REFUNDS will be given unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there are problems with your order or if items are defective, please email us immediately so we can take care of the problem.

We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date if online and 10 days of the original purchase date for in-store purchases.

Pink Pineapple accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with the tags still attached.

Sale Items or any items marked down greater than 30% off. These are final sale - NO EXCEPTIONS!

To initiate a return request for online purchases, customers are asked to email info@pinkpineapplenc.com for further instructions/approval of the return. Purchases made in-store will need their order number and/or receipt.

All return shipping is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item you received is defective or a mistake on our part.

EXCHANGES
Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags still attached. Of course, this is subject to availability.

Please see below for further return instructions. Prepaid return labels are not provided. Should you need us to provide a label for your return shipment, we will deduct $6.00 from your return to cover the cost.

PREORDERS
Preordered items: We will try to accommodate exchanges on preorders if possible, but again, this is subject to availability.  

Return instructions:
To initiate a return, you must receive approval for the return by emailing info@pinkpineapplenc.com. Returns received without an initial email will not receive store credit and will be sent back to you at your expense. This helps us track our returns and ensure that we process them in the order they are received.

Once you have an approval response to your email, we ask that you carefully package the items back up securely and send them to the following address:

Please return all items in their original packaging as you received them. Shoes must be shipped back in their box inside a larger box to prevent damage. Shoes in polymailers and without the box will not be issued store credit.

Returns must be shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS at the customer's expense. Please be sure to include your receipt or contact information, including the order number, name, telephone number, and email address, inside the package. We suggest that you receive tracking information regardless of which mail carrier you use. Please keep your tracking number for your records.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Once we process your return, a gift card will be emailed to you.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Should you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@pinkpineapplenc.com or by calling/texting the store at (919) 624-0324. We cannot guarantee that modifications can be made, but we will try our best to accommodate. Once orders have been packaged for shipping (shipping label has been created), no adjustments can be made.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is received and another email once your item has been packaged and shipped.

Due to issues with mail delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any items that arrive late.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our boutique, we can no longer be held responsible for any mishaps that occur during transit. Should a package become lost, stolen, or damaged, we will advise you to file a claim with whichever mail carrier is used (USPS or UPS). This is the easiest way to work through this process.
